Dr. Kinney (formally Moser) was born in Brazil and raised in Central Washington where she still keeps a close relationship with her family. She graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, then went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Chiropractic at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kinney spent her last three months on a preceptorship with two fellow doctors in the Seattle area where she found her foundation in patient care and practice management . Dr. Kinney consistently lives a healthy lifestyle and wants to instill the same values in her patients through quality care, home exercise, and nutritional guidance . Her love of the profession will shine through at Performance and Spine Chiropractic Center and make a lasting impression on all of her future patients. She has wanted to be in the health care field giving back to her community. Dr. Kinney’s specialties are family practice, overuse injuries, postural overload injuries associated with teachers, secretaries, manual labor etc., pregnancy/postpartum pain, infant to adolescent children and sports performance related conditions. Her educated background and wide variety of techniques are a perfect match for any presenting condition or patient.

Dr. Kinney was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kinney accelerated through Oregon State University to arrive at Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC). At WSCC Dr. Kinney received two degrees: A Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He spent his last quarter working in Kirkland, WA working under Dr. Lew Estabrook who was Chiropractor of the Year amongest his peers in Seattle Magazine on three different occasions. Dr. Kinney got to observe and participate in multidisciplinary care where chiropractors worked closely with physical therapist and medically managed care. Dr. Kinney’s experiences outside of school with different chiropractors has molded his vision of chiropractic which will be projected through Performance and Spine Chiropractic Center – “where the patient comes first”.
Dr. Kinney is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and worked as a Personal Trainer at the Seattle-Downtown 24 Hour Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness-Tualatin Super Sport before he started into practice with Dr. Moser.

Dr. Justin Davis was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He studied Pre-Med Biology at Oregon State University, then did his four-year graduate education at University of Western States. Dr. Davis has the following degrees: Associates of Arts, Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, and Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Davis spent his final year of school in an internship at the multi-disciplinary clinic Gresham Integrated Care, under Dr. Steven Schram, where he managed many different patients and conditions. As an intern, Dr. Davis joined the Portland Sports Medical Team, providing first aid and sports injury treatment at sporting events (marathons, wrestling tournaments, state swim meets, etc).
Dr. Davis is passionate about getting patients past their pain so they can return to an active lifestyle. Some of the areas he specializes in are: headaches, jaw pain, golf & tennis elbow, gradual aches and pain, job injuries, overuse/weekend warrior injuries, and sports injury treatment.
Dr. Davis is involved in Business Networking International (BNI), Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, and Fit City Tualatin.

Raised in a family of doctors and therapists Cheryl is dedicated to helping people improve all aspects of their health and welfare. She’s been a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist for over 30 years. She is also a Health Coach which she has been helping people decrease their systemic problems (blood pressure, stress, aching joints, etc) through healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes. Cheryl is a student of massage; constantly learning new techniques and up-to-date methods to help her clients. In the 90′s she was the primary therapist in one of the most highly respected pain clinics in Princeton, NJ. Cheryl was the head massage therapist on many of their tougher cases because of her experience and expertise.
For each massage, she utilizes an eclectic blend of techniques and customizes the session to the client’s needs. Just a few of the techniques used include swedish (Stress relieving massage), deep tissue (auto accident, sports massage), trigger point, pregnancy, acupressure, reflexology and Reiki. She will quickly pinpoint problem areas and release tension you may be unconsciously holding.

Sara Johnson, L. Ac.
Sara became interested in holistic and preventative medicine as a very young age. It was at that time she was introduced to the concepts of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Sara started at Western Oregon University with a focused study in Biology. Sara was accepted to the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) where she excelled through the Master’s Program. She received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in September of 2006. After 3 years in practice was accepted the Doctoral program at OCOM. Sara will complete her doctorate in Sept. 2011 with a specialty focus in women’s health and geriatrics/age related disease.
Currently she works in her private practice, Body and Mind Acupuncture, in Tualatin, OR. Sara specialties are working with musculoskeletal conditions (low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, arm pain, leg pain, knee pain and headaches) that are usually a result of a motor vehicle accident. Sara has an extensive background in Eastern Medicine diagnosis and treatment which gives her an edge on most practitioners treating musculoskeletal ailments.

Krystelle Flagler- Office Manager
Krystelle has been managing our office and keeping patients happy for over a year now. She is a loving mother of two wonderful boys, Logan and Peyton, and a devoted wife to her husband Mike. Krystelle came to us from the Dental Assisting Program and has been working with health insurance claims, managing office personnel and patient services. She loves helping people and seeing the change they get with treatment at Performance and Spine. Krystelle has a firm belief that Chiropractic in her own family’s life is important for her and the overall health of her family.
When Krystelle is not working at PSCC she is home with her “kiddos” having fun. She enjoys reading and listening to music, but overall loves spending quality time with her family.
